Dr. Samantha Siranli
Samantha Siranli, DMD, PhD, FACP, is a nationally acclaimed prosthodontist who holds the extremely rare distinction of Board Certification with both the American Board of Prosthodontics and the American Board of Oral Implantology.
Dr. Siranli earned her dental degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, achieved fellowship in implant dentistry, and obtained a PhD in research on dental implants. She served as an associate professor, teaching and practicing implant dentistry and prosthodontics, at the University of Pittsburgh. Following that she was recruited to the Medical College of Georgia to teach aesthetics, implant dentistry, and prosthodontics.
Dr. Siranli has presented lectures in aesthetic and implant dentistry at national and international conferences, is a contributing author of the book Esthetics in Dentistry and recognized as one of the premiere prosthodontists in the United States.
She has been practicing cometic and implant dentistry for over two decades and uses the latest technological innovations to achieve exceptional results. She has been selected by her peers to be a Washingtonian Top Dentist consecutively from 2017 to 2026.
Dr. Siranli and her husband have two beautiful children. Beyond spending time with her family, she also enjoys playing tennis, dancing, and reading.
Dr. Lena Chehab
Lena Chehab, DDS, grew up in Mclean, Virginia and obtained her undergraduate degree at Virginia Tech in Human Nutrition, Foods and Exercise. She attended the University of Maryland, where she obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Upon graduating, she moved to Seattle to gain experience working in both urban and rural areas to provide comprehensive and extensive dental care before moving back home to the DMV.
Dr. Lena takes pride in providing patient-centered care using the most modern approaches and technologies available. She has a passion for digital dentistry and uses it to provide streamlined, comfortable dental treatment while improving her patients’ understanding of their oral health and their overall experience with dentistry.
Outside of the office, you can find Dr. Lena cycling on the W&OD or Rock Creek Trail, skiing or travelling with her husband.
Dr. Vero Nica
Vero Nica, DDS, grew up in Northern Virginia and later went to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After completing her undergraduate studies, Dr. Nica attended the University of Maryland, where she obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Upon graduation, she completed a General Practice Residency at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Baltimore, MD where she honed her skills by performing comprehensive surgical, restorative, and aesthetic procedures.
Dr. Sina Sadeghi
Sina Sadeghi, DDS, began his college education at the University of Virginia, where he completed a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry. He then pursued his Doctorate at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry and a General Practice Residency (GPR) at Montefiore Medical Center. The Bronx, New York came next, where he gained valuable insight into dental emergencies and was able to serve one of the nation’s most underserved communities. The experience was a challenge, but he gained valuable knowledge and clinical expertise that is still a big part of his practice today!
Dr. Sadeghi decided to pursue dentistry as a career because he felt it was the only field that combined art and science. He also loved getting to know people through his work and establishing long-lasting relationships every day with patients in need. His perfectionist nature is an ideal fit for dental work. Dr. Sadeghi is proud to call Virginia his home.
Dr. Ola Al-Fakhri
Ola Al-Fakhri, DDS, is a globally experienced dentist with a strong academic and clinical background. She graduated from Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry at the University of the Pacific and earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery in Dubai. Her professional journey includes practicing in New Zealand, completing a surgical internship at Stanford University, and contributing to dental research in collaboration with King’s College London.
She specializes in restorative and aesthetic dentistry, endodontics, oral surgery, and digital workflows for implant dentistry. Known for her research and numerous publications, Dr. Al-Fakhri actively presents at international conferences and is dedicated to improving patient care through innovation and education.
Outside of dentistry, she enjoys tennis, food exploration, hosting dinner parties, and traveling, which enriches her connection with diverse patients.
